First up: how to levitate. You&#8217;ll be surprised how realistic the effect is &#8212; to an&nbsp;8-year-old, at least.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Stand in front of your audience, facing away from them, with your body positioned at about a 45-degree angle from them. You want them to be able to only see your left foot and heel, and the back of your right heel.<\/li>\n<li>Dramatically lift arms with your palms facing down so as to give the impression you\u2019re about to push down and lift yourself off the ground.<\/li>\n<li>Push down with your hands, while simultaneously lifting yourself up on your right hidden toes. Keep both heels together as your feet rise.<\/li>\n<li>Hold for 2 to 3 seconds and then let yourself down. Lower yourself slowly, or drop dramatically as if you\u2019ve sapped yourself of all magical energy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Like this illustrated guide?
